Robomeks is the story of three youngsters and the company of the same name that they have just created. The Robomeks employees are: Witty, a determined girl and actual leader of the team; Ace, a braggart boy that is actually pretty good at repairing robots; and Vincent, a shy and brainy boy that has specialized on A.I. programming and, eventually, hacking.
All events in the story happen in an unnamed city in an undetermined future. A time and place where technology is advanced enough to mass product robots, offer the possibility of implanting biomechanic parts and where genetic repairs and improvements aren’t uncommon.

Volume 00 – Starting up
Chapter 1 – Big deal
A huge demolition robot has gone out of control and Robomeks are hired to stop it and fix it. A daunting task for any robot mechanic, particularly if this is your first assignment as a start-up company.

A titan demolition robot goes crazy
Robomeks have a hard time trying to immobilize the demolition robot (demobot) using their popguns (a tool that shoots electromagnetic pulses -EMP- through an electrical ray). They’re about to be stomped by the demobot but a momentary stop allows them to escape (their van is a total wreck, though).
EMP rays don't seem to affect it. Time for manual deactivation!
They decide to deactivate it manually when the demobot starts heading towards the Shape Foundation’s building. Once inside, they manage to deactivate it after extracting a kind of tiny insect-like robot that seemed to be jamming the manual controls. The insect bot explodes on extraction and the demobot stops, then starts to self-destroy banging his chest.

While they are trying to escape Ace is thrown away in a free fall while Witty is trapped by some cables inside the demobot. Ace is saved mid air by a rescue robot (rescuebot). Unfortunately he breaks his left arm in the maneuver. Vincent manages to rescue Witty before the explosion using another rescuebot.
The demobot self-destroys... and Witty is still inside!
They’re all finally safe (except for Ace’s arm). The demolition robot isn’t a menace anymore. The foreman isn’t exactly happy with that, though, as their assignment was to repair it, not destroy it.
Chapter 2 – Something easy
A mysterious client assigns Robomeks the construction of a custom robot. A robot that will use an illegal photonic brain.

An unexpected proposal
A client approaches Robomeks, asking Witty privately to build a custom robot that will use a photonic brain, something illegal as “smart” robots aren’t allowed anymore since the Jupiter Conflict. The client offers lots of money and Witty finally accepts. She tasks Ace (whose left arm is now plastered) with the construction of the robot.
Witty following the client walking casual
Out of curiosity she decides to follow the client. In the journey we learn through some ads that Diogenes Shape and an unnamed man from the Plus Foundation stand in the next elections.
The BlackBox security system traps their avatars!
Witty loses visual contact once the client reaches his house and she decides to force the window open. The client happens to have entered a locked trapdoor. She asks Vincent to hack the lock. The security system turns out to be more complex than Vincent expected and their avatars are trapped while a countdown starts. It will eventually trigger an alarm, something that would lead to the arrest of them both for attempted break-in.
A goodbye kiss when all seems to be lost
Vincent disconnects to convince Ace to download a new powerful cracking program. Witty tries to kiss Vincent’s avatar when the countdown is about to end. Vincent logs on again and manages to break the security system with the new program.
The client manages to depress us all
She enters the trapdoor, which leads to a dark room filled with electronic equipment. The client, menacing at first, tells her the reasons behind the job: he wants to recreate his wife, that passed away, into a robot. He captured her personality in a storage device without her consent and is willing to transfer that information to the photonic brain once the robot is built.
Witty's private moment
Witty leaves him, promising him to finish the project. Once in her room at the Robomeks workshop she cries while staring at a holographic projection of a woman whom she calls mom.
Chapter 3 – The birthday
Robomeks are invited to the birthday party of the Shape Foundation director, Diogenes Shape. What was supposed to be a pleasant evening ends in a total mayhem when a particularly dangerous robot goes out of control.

I am your father...
At the party they meet Cybertronics, their competitors. They exchange a few sarcasms and bitter comments. Diogenes Shape approaches them. It turns out to be Witty’s father.
Fair competition
Witty and Vincent show mutual interest. Ace get jealous and goes out to the balcony alone. Diana (a member of Cybertronics) finds him there and they kiss each other. Then they kiss again. Passionately.
Fight!
The speaker announces a gladiator combat in the garden. Witty can’t find Vincent anywhere. We see Vincent talking with Diogenes while they’re going upstairs.
Guntha Gan is having fun
The gladiator combat begins. Guntha Gan, a robot that can launch its fists, destroys its rival, Kreotum. It also destroys the empty Diogenes seat at the box, then it attacks the spectators. Ready to stop Guntha, Leo (the leader of Cybertronics) and Witty try to establish contact with their own teams. Vincent is nowhere to be found. Cybertronics have a headstart in the robot’s chase.

Guntha defeats Cybertronics. Witty and Ace step in. Guntha hits Ace’s already injured arm. Witty tries to shock it with the popgun. The Shape Foundation guards finally blow its head up with a missile.
Trouble in paradise?
Vincent arrives with Diogenes. He seems quite distant towards Witty now. Diogenes is concerned about the assassination attempt. Leo finds another insect-like tiny robot on Guntha that explodes on extraction.

Ace has his injured left arm replaced by a bionic one at the Plus Foundation. Witty repairs and upgrades the new acquired van. Vincent keeps ignoring Witty, who decides to change her look to impress him. Meanwhile, Ace decides to rebuild the popguns with a better design. Pong keeps working on the custom robot. Witty buys uniforms for the team and changes his hairstyle. Vincent seems to be finally impressed. The van revamp is done.
